Produce and Services

All the produce at Thorndon Farmers' Market comes direct from the grower. See the range of produce and services available at the market, and find out more about our Stallholders.

Thorndon Farmers' Market is committed to selling high quality, local, fresh food. We adhere to the accepted practices for authentic farmers' markets: that a farmers' market is full of locally grown and sourced food which is being sold by the producer, from within a defined region. For Thorndon Farmers' Market, the defined region is a 350km radius from Hill Street.

All the meat and eggs at the market are free range.

If you can't make it to the market some weeks, we recommend our friends at  Urban Harvest as another course of fresh local food.
